I was looking for a custom cage setup and this ended up being pretty much what I had in mind. Compared to the more standard options I found, I liked that I could tweak things to fit what I actually needed instead of settling for something close enough. The custom options were solid and made the whole setup feel a lot more personal.

I ordered a cage from toadranchcages.com for my leopard gecko, i’m really happy with it. I probably overthought the whole thing because I’m picky about anything going in with my pets, but the vents are solid, the doors shut nicely, and I didn’t find any sharp spots or flimsy parts that made me nervous.

Setup was easy too, even though I took longer than I needed to because I kept moving stuff around to make it “perfect.” My gecko has been using the hides more and just seems calmer in there overall. It feels safe and sturdy, which was my main concern, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

Picked this up it does the job. It feels sturdy enough and the build is decent. I don’t have the patience to mess around with flimsy stuff, so I was glad this one held up well

When the cage first showed up, I thought it looked okay!! But once I really started checking it out, the craftsmanship just wasn’t what I expected... Some of the cuts looked kinda rough, and a couple of the corners didn’t line up as cleanly as they should’ve. It still works, so it’s not like it’s unusable or anything!!! But for the price, I definitely expected it to feel more solid, more polished, and just better finished overall. Not awful... just disappointing!!

But they actually got back to me quickly every time. Their answers were clear, helpful, and they didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything, which was a relief. i was browsing toadranchcages.com and the site just feels dated. the colors, layout, and overall style gave me an older vibe right away.

it wasn’t impossible to use or anything, but it also didn’t really make me want to hang around. some pages felt a little cluttered, and the photos and text could definitely be laid out in a cleaner way.

the cages themselves might be totally fine, but just going off the website, it feels like it could use a refresh. it kind of seems like it hasn’t been updated in a while.

The product itself was okay, but the packaging was disappointing. The box felt flimsy, the corners were bent, and things had shifted around inside by the time it arrived. What made it more annoying was that it wasn’t really clear who was supposed to be responsible for the condition it showed up in, the seller, the warehouse, or shipping. Just felt like everyone could kind of pass the blame around.

I ordered a specific size cage, but what showed up wasnt the one I picked. Kinda frustrating because now I have to deal with returning it or figuring out if I can make it work.

My frog cage has been holding the temperature way better now, and it doesn’t feel stuffy anymore. Setup was kinda easy, and it’s been running fine for a few weeks so far.
